Return and Refund Policy – Jersey Wala

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

At Jersey Wala, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

🛑 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

A defective or damaged item, or

An incorrect size or product

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

📸 Important: An unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show:

The package being opened from its sealed state

A 360° view of the product and any damage or issue

Once the order is picked up (usually within 1–2 business days), we will dispatch the replacement jersey on the same day. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Return or refund requests are only accepted if:

The product was damaged during shipping, or

An incorrect size/item was sent by our team

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Size issues when the correct item was delivered

Customer dissatisfaction after delivery

Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services

💸 Refunds

Once your return request is inspected and approved:

Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method

Processing time: 10–15 business days

Once processed, the amount will reflect in your bank account within 2–3 business days

⚠️ Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us immediately.

 

📦 Charges for Returns/Replacements

If a return or replacement is approved:

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer

This includes return shipping, re-dispatch, and packaging costs

Replacement orders will be dispatched on the same day after pickup (usually within 1–2 business days) and delivered within 7–12 business days.

Jersey Wala will only cover return shipping costs if the damage or error was caused by us.
